• Do Not Promote Your Own Business: Self-promotion outside of tutorhorizon.com is prohibited during lessons or communications via our platform.
• Lesson Platforms: Lessons must occur on a platform agreeable to both YOU and YOUR student(s).
• Lesson Recording: Lessons may only be recorded with express permission from the student.
• Technical Difficulties: Always have a backup plan for connection or technical issues. Remain calm, positive, and follow instructions on reporting problems.

Bannable Offenses

The following will lead to immediate termination and removal from tutorhorizon.com:

• Attempting to recruit students to work or study off our platforms;
• Conducting lessons off-platform without explicit written permission from tutorhorizon.com;
• Abusing, harassing, disrespecting, or slandering students, other tutors, or staff members;
• Using language deemed offensive at our sole discretion;
• Spam messaging or emailing.
